Our policy for Rx refill
- Refills will only be addressed during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)- No prescription refills will be given on weekends or holidays.
- Allow us at least 48 business hours to process your refill request when you leave us a detailed message.
- We will not replace lost or misplaced medication OVER THE PHONE
- We will not refill medication prescribed by other providers OVER THE PHONE
- We will not refill medication for any Acute Condition if you have not been seen in the office in the past 6 months.
