Prescription refills :

Our policy for Rx refill

  1.  Refills will only be addressed during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)- No prescription refills will be given on weekends or holidays.
  2. Allow us at least 48 business hours to process your refill request when you leave us a detailed message.  
  3. We will not replace lost or misplaced medication OVER THE PHONE 
  4. We will not refill medication prescribed by other providers OVER THE PHONE  
  5. We will not refill medication for any Acute Condition if you have not been seen in the office in the past 6 months.
